** SENIOR PORTRAIT SPECIAL **
I remember being young and having fun. Senior portraits are some of my favorite photo sessions. I like to have fun with the kids, getting to know them, hearing stories of their lives and capturing beautiful pictures. It helps me prepare for the photo session by having the senior write me an email, telling me who they are before the senior portrait session. I like to know what music they like, what activities they are involved in and what sports they participate in. This helps prepare for the photo session and offer suggestions as to what props to bring to our shoot. Sessions last about an hour; we'll take photographs until I feel I have gathered a good selection of photographs, scenery and clothing. Outdoor shoots are preferred and generally scheduled for early morning late afternoon, about two hours before sunset to take advantage of the beautiful, natural light available during these periods.
